Trapped in Amber

Once again, I present a picture of my favorite fan-service cat-girl, Amber. This time, I tried giving her a more realistic character design (similar to the last two cat-girl pictures) and I'm very pleased with the transition, especially with her hair. I also deviated from my normal procedures and constructed most of the background before even beginning to CG my kitty and I must say it worked pretty well doing it that way. I wanted to create more than just a picture this time - I wanted to capture a moment (hence the little bit of Amber's dialogue above) and hopefully I've succeeded in that.

There was a lot of challenge in this - correcting a lot of anatomical errors, coloring all that (sexy!!) lace, and more - but it was a very good exercise. Rather than going into more detail here (finally, he's going to shut up! ), I'll keep this description brief and if there are any specifics y'all want to know just ask away.
